Operations Manager

Full-Time Dallas–Fort Worth On-Site

Own day-to-day execution across our multi-unit portfolio. You'll work with shop managers, vendors, and our internal ops software to keep every location running tight — and build the playbook that lets us open the next one faster.

What you'll do

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations
  • Drive consistency in staffing, inventory, cash control, and daily reporting
  • Coach location managers and build repeatable operating playbooks
  • Identify and fix operational bottlenecks before they cost money

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years managing multi-unit retail, food service, or hospitality operations
  • Comfortable with data — you manage from numbers, not vibes
  • Bias for action and ownership; you fix things without being asked

Finance Director

Full-Time Dallas–Fort Worth Hybrid

Lead the finance function across the firm and its portfolio companies. You'll own reporting, cash management, and the financial infrastructure that supports both operations and investor relations.

What you'll do

  • Own monthly close, consolidated reporting, and budget-vs-actual analysis across entities
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls
  • Prepare investor reporting and support capital raise processes
  • Partner with our CPA on tax planning and compliance

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in accounting/finance; multi-entity or PE-backed experience a plus
  • Strong command of QuickBooks and financial modeling
  • CPA or equivalent experience preferred

Marketing Manager

Full-Time Dallas–Fort Worth Hybrid

Drive demand for our portfolio brands. You'll own local marketing, social, and digital presence for a growing consumer platform — with the autonomy to test fast and scale what works.

What you'll do

  • Own brand and local-store marketing across all portfolio locations
  • Run social channels, content calendars, and community engagement
  • Launch and measure campaigns for new location openings
  • Manage digital presence: listings, reviews, delivery platforms, and web

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in consumer or multi-location marketing
  • Hands-on with social content, paid local campaigns, and analytics
  • Scrappy — you can execute without an agency

HR Manager

Full-Time Dallas–Fort Worth Hybrid

Build the people function from the ground up. With 20+ employees and more locations coming, we need someone to own hiring, onboarding, compliance, and culture across the portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across locations
  • Build onboarding, training, and retention programs that scale
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits, and employment compliance
  • Be the trusted point of contact for employee relations

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in HR, ideally in multi-location retail, food service, or hospitality
  • Working knowledge of Texas employment law and hourly workforce compliance
  • High-volume hiring experience and a people-first mindset
